Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason your item isn’t the right fit, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery on all non-custom pieces.

Items must be returned unworn, in original condition, and with the original pacjaging to qualify for a refund or store credit.

You may choose one of the following options:

• Refund: Purchase and use your own return shipping label.

• Store Credit Exchange: I will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds or store credit will be processed promptly.

 

One-of-a-Kind Items:

Each one-of-a-kind design is ready to ship and will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Please notify us at checkout if you require length adjustments, as holds are not available.

Orders canceled prior to shipment may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once delivered, one-of-a-kind items follow the same return guidelines outlined above.

 

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and indicate whether you prefer a refund or store credit.

2. Securely package the item in a padded mailer using a tracked shipping method, and include a note with your name, order number, and return request.

3. Ship your return to:

4. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

 

Missing Earrings

If an earring is lost, we recommend purchasing a replacement pair when available. Many designs are limited or retired quickly, and this ensures continuity should another loss occur. In some cases, a single replacement may be possible for retired or one-of-a-kind pieces; please contact us with a photo of the missing earring for availability.
