With over 30 years of experience creating handcrafted jewelry and nature-inspired décor, I bring a lifelong passion for the outdoors into every piece I make. My work is deeply influenced by the beauty of nature, and it’s my goal to share that connection through meaningful, high-quality creations.

I began selling on Etsy in 2005 while working full-time as a horticulture research specialist at New Mexico State University. For many years, crafting was a personal outlet—something I loved sharing with friends and family. As interest in my work grew through word-of-mouth, I launched what is now Raccoon Designs, a creative venture built on authenticity, craftsmanship, and a love of nature.

In January 2025, I transitioned from Etsy to my own independent website to better serve my customers and expand the brand. My Etsy shop now operates under the name The Devious Dryad, a sub-brand of Raccoon Designs.

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything I do. I strive to offer not only beautiful, handcrafted items but also exceptional service—making sure each customer feels valued and connected to the natural inspiration behind every design.
